RARE Joins Simon Cowell With Strategic Stake in Lounges.tv to Extend Live Entertainment and Return Power, Ownership and Value to Artists

As live entertainment audiences continue to face soaring ticket prices, sold-out venues, and limited access to major events, RARE Entity has announced it is joining forces with Simon Cowell backed creator-first streaming platform Lounges.tv to help build a more accessible and sustainable future for artists and fans worldwide. As an active partner and shareholder, venture group Rare Entity will provide both commercial acceleration and operational execution, embedding its experienced team within the business to establish the foundations for long-term success.

The partnership will focus on expanding access to live experiences through premium livestreaming, direct-to-fan engagement, and creator-first monetisation models that allow artists to reach audiences far beyond the physical limitations of venues.

At a time when demand for live events is at an all-time high, Lounges.tv enables artists, creators, and rights holders to digitally extend venue capacity without increasing ticket prices, while offering fans around the world the opportunity to participate in exclusive live experiences they may otherwise be unable to access.

The collaboration aligns closely with RARE Entity’s mission to reshape the relationship between creators, audiences, and platforms by returning greater control and value to the artists and IP holders driving culture forward.

Founded by music icon Dave Stewart alongside entrepreneurs Dominic Joseph and Rich Britton, RARE Entity was launched to build ventures that combine creativity with operational excellence while helping creators retain ownership, audience connection, and long-term commercial value.

Lounges.tv has rapidly established itself as a creator-first platform, allowing artists and creators to monetise live and on-demand content directly through pay-per-view streaming, tipping, subscriptions, and fan engagement experiences. The platform provides creators with 80% of their streaming income and delivers payouts within 24 hours - a significant departure from traditional streaming and advertising-led models.

Dave Stewart, Co-Founder of RARE Entity, said:

“Live music and live experiences have become inaccessible for too many people. Ticket prices continue to rise, venues sell out instantly, and incredible fans around the world are excluded from moments they care deeply about.

“What excites us about Lounges.tv is that it expands access without compromising the experience. Artists can reach global audiences directly, create new revenue streams, and retain more control over their work and their communities.

“At RARE, we believe creators should own more of the value they generate - and this partnership is another step toward building a fairer and more sustainable ecosystem for artists and fans alike.”

Scott Green, Lounges.tv Co-Founder and CEO said:

“Live streaming is no longer just a broadcast tool - it’s a way to responsibly expand access to live experiences at a time when demand massively outweighs venue capacity.

“Through this partnership with RARE Entity, we’re creating new ways for artists to connect with audiences globally while giving creators faster payments, stronger ownership models, and more meaningful fan relationships.

“Fans shouldn’t be priced out of culture, and artists shouldn’t have to wait months to be paid.”

The partnership will explore a range of new creator-led formats and premium live experiences spanning music, entertainment, and culture, while helping artists build stronger direct relationships with global audiences.

Simon Cowell, an existing backer of Lounges.tv, described the platform as “giving talent another new type of platform to promote themselves” and highlighted the importance of “creating as many opportunities as possible for talent to be discovered and to build their own fan bases.”

As the economics of live entertainment and streaming continue to evolve, RARE Entity and Lounges.tv believe the future of culture will belong to platforms and partnerships that prioritise accessibility, fairness, creator ownership, and direct audience connection.

Lounges.tv works with a growing roster of established and emerging talent across music, entertainment, comedy, fitness, podcasting, and digital culture, providing creators with a platform to build direct relationships with audiences through premium live and on-demand experiences.

The platform has attracted support and participation from major industry figures including Nile Rodgers and Professor Green, while also championing rising independent creators and performers across a wide range of genres and disciplines. Designed to give creators greater ownership, faster monetisation, and deeper fan engagement, Lounges.tv has become a home for talent seeking a fairer and more sustainable alternative to traditional streaming and social platforms.
