Arnon Woolfson Joins Rare as Partner

Rare is pleased to welcome Arnon Woolfson as Partner, Strategic Development.

Arnon joins Rare at a pivotal point in the company’s growth as we continue building a portfolio of artist-led ventures, cultural IP, experiences and businesses across music, sport, entertainment and technology.

With more than two decades spent operating across the music industry, brand partnerships, live entertainment and venture development, Arnon brings a rare combination of commercial instinct, creative understanding and industry access. His career has consistently sat at the point where culture and business converge, helping artists, brands and emerging companies translate audience attention into long-term value.

Most recently, Arnon has been managing Tinie Tempah, working closely across music, partnerships, brand strategy and business development. Beyond management, his background spans major music companies, artist development, publishing, brand-led music solutions and commercial strategy.

Throughout his career, Arnon has developed music solutions for global brands, created official sports anthems, advised startups and built partnerships that connect audiences, intellectual property and commercial opportunity. His approach has always centred on understanding how culture moves, where attention is forming, and how to build businesses around that momentum.

That perspective aligns directly with Rare’s broader vision.
